Product Introduction
The S13 fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer developed and
produced by the company has the advantages of low loss, low noise,
and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects
and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed
transformers, the fully enclosed transformer eliminates the oil
conservator. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and
compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the
corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air to
prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil and the aging of
the insulation. , Enhance the reliability of operation, and the
normal operation is maintenance-free.
Features
1. The transformer iron core greatly reduces the no-load loss and
no-load current, and the iron core is bound to ensure the tightness
of the iron core and reduce noise.
2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free
copper, and the low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt a
double-layer cylindrical structure. 630kVA and above adopt
double-spiral or quad-spiral structure, and high-voltage winding
adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure.
3. The transformer connection group uses Dyn11 to reduce the impact
of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power
supply.
4. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, which prolongs the
service life, does not need to hang the core and is free of
maintenance.
5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard.
After this series of transformers are transported normally, the
relevant parts can be installed without core checking, and the
acceptance test can be carried out, and they can be put into
operation after being qualified.

Structural Features
Iron core: The magnetic material of iron core uses amorphous alloy. Since the
amorphous alloy does not have a crystal structure and has a soft
magnetic characteristic, the area of the hysteresis loop is very
narrow, the magnetization
power is small, the electrical resistivity is high, and the eddy
current loss is small, so the no-load loss and no-load current of
the transformer made of this material are used. very low. The core
is composed of four separate core frames in the same plane
to form a three-phase five-column type. It must be annealed, and it
must have a cross-barrier joint with a rectangular cross-sectional
shape.
Coil: In addition to using low-voltage windings (160kVA or less) with
copper conductors, a cylindrical structure made of copper foil is
generally used; high-voltage windings use a multi-layered
cylindrical structure to balance the winding ampere distribution
and magnetic flux leakage. High-voltage and low-voltage windings
are wound together with wire tension devices to form rectangular
coils, and the coils are solidified by hot-pressing and shaping to
enhance the mechanical strength of the windings and the ability to
withstand short circuit.
